Java Decompiler

22 Nov

Click Here to see my earlier post how to decompile java class files in eclipse IDE using plugIN.

Here is the another way to decompile the third party library files (jar files) to debug the source code.

Go to the below site to download the decompiler jar file

Click on the second option Download zip and run directly from your Windows PC  for Windows to download zip file, as i am working with Windows 7.I have download the windows version zip file.

2For Linux / Mac versions,  use Download gzip and run directly from your Mac or Linux box option to download the zip file

Once you have downloaded, extract the zip it looks like below

1Click on the d4j.jar, it will open the window like below

Just Click on open button and select required jar file ( i have selected h2.jar) and click Open

Now it will display the source code. Left side we can see the package structure.

Note : Recommended install JDK Version 8.

Happy Learning!.

Get glued to know more updates.

Have a nice day 🙂
